Properties of Jabuticaba

Has large amounts of vitamin C and other vitamins such as vitamin E, folic acid, niacin, thiamine, riboflavin; minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, copper, manganese and zinc.

The properties of its shell are rich in anthocyanidin, or vitamin R said to be 50 times more potent than vitamin E and 20 times more potent than vitamin C.

Anthocyanidins are commonly found in fruits and vegetables. It has antioxidant properties and helps fight free radicals.
